Tang poems are very important in Chinese poem field.  A lot of nice poem had been writen in Tang dynasty, and many famous poet is well known such as Libai, Bai Juyi, Du Fu, etc..  Those beautiful peoms are still widely studied and read in Chinese schools.  The poems bring a lot of valuble history information and life principles to people.
